Geraldine joined the Board in 2023. Geraldine has held Senior Executive positions in ASX-listed companies and professional services firms including as a Chief Operating Officer and Group Executive of People, Culture and Sustainability. Over the last 15 years, she has also held Board Director and Advisory Board positions on not-for-profit Boards, early-stage businesses and academic organisations. Drawing on this experience, she currently has a career portfolio of Board Director, strategic advisory and coaching roles.
Geraldine is a proud Chinese Australian, an active parent of two sons and a passionate advocate for inclusion, diversity, belonging, sustainability and business as a force for good. In addition to her Law and Science degrees, Geraldine recently completed her Master of Science in Coaching Psychology.
