Relationships Australia Qld (RAQ) is delighted to announce the appointment of Natasha Rae to the position of Chief Executive Officer.
After an extensive recruitment campaign, Natasha was selected by the Board in late 2022, and commenced in the role on Monday, 16 January 2023.
Natasha is a visionary, engaging leader with an unwavering commitment to delivering genuine outcomes for individuals, families, and communities. Having worked for RAQ for almost 20 years, with over a decade in Executive leadership, Natasha is well known and respected by staff and external partners.
In her most recent role of General Manager – Client Services, Natasha has been a driving force in the development and growth of RAQ, bringing unparalleled organisational insights to the role of CEO.
As the Executive Lead, Business Transformation, Natasha has been critical in the evolution of RAQ’s services to meet both the current and future needs of the most vulnerable members of our community.
RAQ is a vibrant, resilient organisation that is in an excellent position for the future. Natasha will deliver a seamless transition of leadership ensuring continuity of RAQ’s service excellence with renewed energy and strategic focus.
