Transcendence is a social and emotional support group for transgender and gender-diverse individuals, or those questioning their gender identity.
What is Involved?
Transcendence is a safe, confidential and friendly space, facilitated by two experienced Rainbow Counsellors. Participants share stories, give and receive support and advice. Each month participants discuss a different topic, from a list brainstormed by the group itself.
It is held on the third Tuesday of every month from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.
You don’t have to book and there is no cost to attend, except gold coin donation for light refreshments. If you are coming for the first time, please arrive at 5:15pm to complete a short registration form.
We look forward to welcoming you to Transcendence, where we invite you to be just who you are and receive the support of a diverse and welcoming community.
If you would appreciate speaking to one of the Transcendence facilitators before you come, please call 1300 364 277 and request a call back from one of our experienced rainbow counsellors.
