The Building Better Relationships Workshop will equip you and your partner with the practical knowledge and skills to build connection, friendship and intimacy in your relationship. We also focus on transforming conflict from a destructive process to an opportunity to understand each other better and improve the relationship.

Participants
This is a series of workshops for couples who are committed to their relationship and have a desire to make it more fulfilling/successful. It is also suitable for couples who may be experiencing some issues and difficulties but are still talking and living together. If you are in distress, fighting frequently or thinking of separating, we recommend our counselling services. If you are interested in the topics covered in these workshops, but your partner cannot attend/you are single, please consider our One Off Workshops. All genders, sexualities, ages (18+), and cultural backgrounds are welcome.
