Some of our services are available to access in person again. We have commenced some of the services at our Ipswich venue, with plans to open several other venues next week.

The Queensland Government has eased COVID-19 restrictions, allowing some businesses to reopen their doors.

With this in mind, RAQ is carefully planning for the future to ensure that we can responsibly deliver in-person support to clients who need it most.

We have assessed all government requirements and are ensuring compliance with both the Federal and State public health principles and guidelines to establish and maintain measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. This includes deep-cleaning our venues, obtaining the appropriate hygiene and personal protective equipment, and providing relevant training to staff.

As we return some of our services to face-to-face delivery, you can be assured that the safety of our clients and staff is our number one priority.

In the meantime, we will continue to also provide services via phone and online delivery to support everyone who needs us.

To find out more or to book in to the services already available face to face, please call us on 1300 364 277.
