Access and Parking Directions

The D&FVPS is located in Margaret Street on the 3rd floor of the CML Building near the corner of Margaret and Neil Streets. Travelling along Margaret St. from east or west, the building is located between Ruthven and Neil Streets. The building has an arcade on the ground floor and is located across Margaret Street from Jilly's Coffee Shop.
Walk through the arcade from Margaret Street and up to the 3rd Floor by lift or stairs (lift is preferable). Turn right as you exit lift/stairwell for the office door. Clients/visitors will need to press the door buzzer for attention and to request access.
There is no on-site parking. Two-hour street parking may be available in the city streets around the CML Building. There is also a large carpark (pay parking) at the rear (to the south) of the CML Building or in the bus interchange in Neil Street (opposite the Greyhound Terminal) - about 3 mins. away. Clients can be towed if they park in someone's allotted space in either of these areas. Parking wardens also regularly patrol the area and issue fines for overdue vehicles.
