We are seeking applications for a part-time Team Leader (30 hours per week) located at our Robina venue. 

In this role you will support service delivery of a designated portfolio including leadership of clinical practitioners delivering services to clients.  You will be responsible for coordinating and developing a cohesive and high performing team.

You will provide leadership and support to clinical practitioners in the areas of:

  • Complex case management
  • Clinical decision making
  • Duty of care
  • Diary management
  • Performance management. 

In the absence of the Regional Manager, this position will also provide back-up operational support to Administration Officers/Family Information Officers in the resolution of issues pertaining to client service delivery and property.

Please note, the successful applicant may also be required to work some evenings to meet operational requirements of the role.

To be considered for this, you will have an undergraduate level qualifications in Social or Behavioural Sciences in addition to:

  • Experience in providing case management, consultation and support to clinical practitioners
  • Experience managing a team including performance management, monitoring and review
  • Experience in client service delivery including: Complex case management, assessment, intake and risk screening, case planning, case reviews, co-service delivery and critical incident response
  • Knowledge of current theory and practice relating to the provision of human services.

The salary range being offered is between $70,342 - $80,972 per annum (plus superannuation) depending upon qualifications and experience and generous salary packaging options are available which will significantly increase the value of take-home pay. Other attractive benefits are available including additional annual leave over the Christmas period, annual leave loading and study leave. In addition, relocation expenses may be available to the successful candidate.
